Aobosi Electric Meat Grinder Review

AAOBOSI meat grinder

Aobosi Meat Grinder

The Aobosi Electric Meat Grinder is a reasonably priced highly rated appliance. This grinder will enable you to grind your own mouthwatering meat and meat blends for burgers, meat pies, meatballs, sausages, and much more. If you’re looking to grind meat for a large gathering or party, this grinder has you covered and is able to grind 2 pounds of meat a minute.

The brand, Aobosi, is new to us. The company is located in Flushing N.Y. and I expect this grinder is manufactured in China as are many of the other grinders we review on this site. This is a quality built grinder with metal gears and a metal gearbox which should provide years of service without issue.

The Aobosi grinder comes with a nice set of accessories including 3 stainless steel cutting blades (coarse, medium, and fine), 3 different sizes of sausage tubes, a Kubbe attachment, and a food pusher. There is a reverse switch in case the grinder gets jammed and a circuit breaker to prevent motor burn-out.

Why Buy the Aobosi Grinder?

The Aobosi grinder is a great light-duty meat grinder for home use. The grinder includes accessories that make it perfect for grinding various types of meat, stuffing sausages, grinding your own pet food, and making kibbe. At just over $100, considering the features and reviews, the Aobosi is a solid buy.

Who Should buy this product?

Anyone who has a desire to ground fresh ground beef, chicken, turkey, fish or other meat and combinations of meat will see the benefits of owning an electric meat grinder. You decide the quality of meat for hamburgers and other grinds. A meat grinder enables you to create butcher quality at home without the high price. You will also know what is going into your ground meat.

The Aobosi is a quality home appliance at a great price. Normally we don’t see the features that this grinder features at this price point.

What Customers Say about the Aobosi?

Customers lucky enough to purchase the Aobosi grinder have provided overwhelmingly positive feedback. This grinder does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss: grind meat. The last thing you want to happen is to have your grinder break down or be disappointed in your purchase because the grinder didn’t live up to the manufacturer’s description.

We like that this grinder is easy to assemble and disassemble. It has a decent amount of power for home use, and some customers have even found it will grind chopped-up bones, but I would take that with a grain of salt. It’s somewhat of a risk-free purchase as it comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the company does seem to have good customer service.

Be sure to read online reviews before you make a purchasing decision. You can read Amazon customer reviews here.

Does the Aobosi Grinder Have Any Downsides?

The grinder is meant to grind small batches of meat (20 pounds or less) in a session. After about 10 minutes of continuous use, the motor must cool down. This implies this grinder is not the best choice for restaurants, catering, grinding game meat, or continuous grinding.

As with most grinders, you need to hand wash the parts and do not put them in the dishwasher. Doing so will tarnish the finish and the parts will come out black.

We’d like to see this grinder perform a little better with large batches of meat, but if you’re only using it to make a few pounds of hamburger or other ground meat, we think you’ll be happy with it. If you are looking for something a little more robust, we’ve suggested other grinders you may like below.
